Shipping - Products are shipped to US locations by USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping Damage: Customers should file a claim to their carrier immediately.
Express Mail within the US is available for an additional $25.00 and arrives next day or the day after in more remote areas.
International orders are shipped via International First Class Mail if under 4 lbs. This is the least expensive way to ship internationally. Expect international shipments to arrive in 10-14 days from date of shipment.

Returns - Items in new condition (without custom embroidery) may be returned within 90 days for replacement or a full refund. Bags with custom embroidery are not returnable.
Before returning any item, please use our CONTACT FORM to advise us of a desired return and to receive a PRN (Product Return Number). Please include the ordering Email address, the order number and the reason for the return. Then please complete this RETURN FORM and include it with your return.
